b. After receiving authorization for the return, securely package the item(s) in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
c. Ship the return to the following address:

d. Ensure that you use a trackable and insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
2. Refund Process
a. Once we receive the returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.
b. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 24 hours on a working day or immediately after a holiday.
c. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Conditions for Returns
a. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the order.
b. The item(s) must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
c. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
